The Farmhouse Wedding

The Farmhouse Wedding venue is a dream venue and this stunning wedding was a dream come true for Lauren and Holton. The sweetest bride, a groom who never stopped smiling, and a phenomenal team of vendors made for the perfect day. Both graduates of Texas A&M, Lauren and Holton had so many personal touches at their wedding. 

 

 

Getting Ready in The Farmhouse Bridal Suite

With her bride tribe by her side, Lauren had the best day getting ready in the gorgeous suite at The Farmhouse! In their matching pajamas, the girls shared lots of love and laughter. Be sure to get you a tribe that will cheer you on every moment of the day and help keep your mind at ease! The guys had their own fun in the grooms suite and were definitely full of energy!

A Series of First Looks

One of my absolute favorite parts of the day at The Farmhouse was seeing everyone react to Lauren’s first looks. The expression on the faces of Lauren’s bridesmaids during their reveal was simply priceless! It was a moment full of pure joy (and even a few tears). But that was just the beginning! Lauren had a first look with her twin brothers, and I know it was a moment they will always cherish. Dad was next! There is nothing better than seeing a father’s expression when he sees his daughter in her wedding gown for the first time. We all had a lump in our throat and we were honored to capture this memorable moment.

 

Finally, it was the moment we had all been waiting for: Holton’s turn. A moment he had been anticipating for such a long time. It was well worth the wait! He grinned from ear to ear as he took in the beauty of his future wife. This is why first looks are always a favorite for me as a photographer! They are filled with special moments that will last a lifetime, and I find such satisfaction in capturing those moments. 

The Bridal Party

With flawless hair and makeup from Butter Artistry and a gown from Brickhouse Bridal, Lauren looked truly stunning. Add that to the bridesmaids in classic misty blue dresses and the guys in classic, dark navy tuxes, this wedding party looked like they stepped out of a magazine! We had a blast capturing all the laughter and joy from this amazing group of family and friends! 

The Ceremony

The ceremony in The Farmhouse wedding Chapel was beautiful! The natural light beamed through the tall windows. Everyone was smiling as Holton walked his mom down the aisle. It was the sweetest moment. Lauren was beaming with pride as she walked down to finally be hand in hand with her future husband.

 

The Reception at The Farmhouse Wedding

Lauren’s vision for her wedding at The Farmhouse was crisp, clean, and classic, and E Johnston Designs knocked it out of the park with the florals – the combination of white roses and eucalyptus made the perfect timeless bouquet! The greenery that adorned each table and the cake were just what Lauren and Holton envisioned. 

In anticipation of the Aggie War Hymn being a significant part of their reception, each guest was given a rally towel with their wedding date printed on it (in maroon, of course!). Every single detail of the night was *just right* with the help of My Event Angels. Lisa and her team are seriously the best in the industry, and it is always such an honor to work with her. Guests danced the night away and the magical evening ended with a sparkler exit.
