A Wedding at The Farmhouse | Montgomery, Texas | Emma and Hayden
It was a beautiful day for a wedding at The Farmhouse in Montgomery, Texas. Emma and Hayden are the sweetest couple and every moment joy-filled and elegant! From the moment I met Emma and Hayden at their engagement session, I knew capturing their wedding day was going to be so much fun. Emma and Hayden first met at Texas Tech University where they were both on the golf team. Hayden, an entrepreneurship major, made a switch and transferred to TCU for golf while Emma was finishing up nursing school in Houston. Finishing up their classes did not stop them from planning the most romantic and dreamy wedding that will be filled with lots of love and lots of dancing.
The Texas weather was in full cooperation on their day with a sunny sky. From the moment I arrived for this wedding at The Farmhouse in Montgomery, Texas, everything just fell perfectly into place. The Beauty Lounge provided hair and makeup and not only was Emma stunning, but her bridesmaids were simply gorgeous in their soft blue dresses from Azazie. The girls were all smiles as they were getting all glammed up for this momentous occasion. Emma’s dress, from Whittington bridal, was simply breathtaking. From the shoes to the earrings, every detail was just right.
Emma and Hayden wrote touching letters to each other and I felt so honored to capture the emotions behind it. Hayden gifted Emma with a single pearl necklace. While there were so many special moments of this day, my favorite was the first look with Emma and her Dad. I got all choked up! Her Dad was so proud to see his little girl all grown up, he just couldn’t hold back the tears of pride and joy. And neither could Emma! I am pretty sure it is a moment they will never forget!
Bridal party photos, before and after the ceremony were a blast. Hayden and his groomsmen, decked out in attire from The Men’s Wearhouse, were always up to some fun shennanigans and you could feel how proud they were of Hayden!
The Farmhouse was the perfect setting for this romantic and intimate wedding. The chapel with its high beam ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and natural light, made for the perfect setting to exchange vows and become husband and wife. Florals by Carter’s Florist were the finishing touch on the ceremony! The ceremony details, designed by My Event Angels, were uniquely displayed and lemme tell you – Lisa is just the best planner out there!
The reception space was absolutely stunning! My Event Angels did such an amazing job with every detail. There was a table filled with special photos of Emma and Hayden and a gorgeous seating chart on display.
Once Mr. & Mrs. Hayden Springer entered the reception space, the party was on! They shared a first dance which was followed by very sentimental toasts from both of their fathers. A beautiful prayer was shared by the minister, then it was time to visit, dine and dance the night away! DJ Brothers kept everyone on the dance floor the entire night! Catering was provided by All Star Catering and the fabulous cake and desserts by Desserts by Holly. Hayden went all out and held nothing back during the garter toss and Emma had some fun with her bouquet toss! The night ended in a sparkler exit and off they went in a limousine to begin their new life together!
