Galveston Beach Senior Photos

While I do not do them often because it is quite a hike from Houston, Galveston Beach senior photos never disappoint. This was the dreamiest of days! The sun light was just right and the air was cool and crisp. Such a refreshing change from the hot, humid temperatures we have had lately. When Catherine told me she wanted her senior session on Galveston beach, I was all in. She also envisioned photos in front of unique houses with fun architecture. So, I spent some time researching online and found the absolute perfect place not far from the beach.

RGP Senior Spokesmodel Class of 2022

Catherine is a senior at Glenda Dawson High School in Pearland, Texas and is also a member of the Reed Gallagher Photography Spokesmodel Class of 2022. I was delighted when Catherine reached out to apply to the rep team. She was interested in making new friends but also bringing some of her besties with her to the team. They wanted the opportunity to get senior photos together and make some great memories along the way and I was all for helping them make that happen. Catherine has the most gorgeous smile and such a gentle and kind heart. Her modern, trendy and chic style made this shoot absolute perfection. She was very intentional with her outfit choices and she completely nailed it! She choose colors that reflected her personality and style, but also colors that blended and created a cohesive feel. I seriously think she should write up a senior style guide for me on how to choose the best outfits for your session!!

 

 

Roaming Galveston Island for Senior Photos

Not far from the beach, sits a little gem of a neighborhood with the cutest of homes. Lined with white picket fences and white staircases, this was the exact vibe Catherine wanted for her shoot. We had the best time walking around and stopping at various spots. Then we headed over to the beach and Catherine was down to get her dress wet, run in the water and lay in the sand!

Catherine is the track manager at Dawson High School and an officer in the Interact Club. She is also a member of the Student Council and English Honor Society. Catherine is a Girl Scout and absolutely loves to babysit and dog sit.  Volunteer work is important to her so you will often find her serving at St. Vincent De Paul and the Houston Food Bank. She has a shopping obsession at Lulu Lemon, Princess Polly, Pacsun and Francesca’s.  Netflix binge-watching is a favorite activity. Additionally, she loves to travel and take pictures to fill her Instagram feed.

Chic and Trendy Senior Session

Catherine has a passion for interior design and event planning! She recently revitalized her giraffe bedroom to an eccentric bohemian theme and painted it all herself. She enjoys crafts of every kind including designing iron ons for t-shirts, drink tumblers and glass song plaques.

I am so honored, Catherine, to have you on the RGP Rep Team! I loved every single minute of your session and look forward to the rest of our group shoots together. Continue to enjoy your college tours as you decide which college to attend. Any university will be so blessed to have you on their campus. Best wishes for a great senior year!
