Colorful Houston Senior Photos

When Gaby, one of the Reed Gallagher Photography Class of 2022 Rep Team members, asked me if we could do something a little different for her colorful Houston senior photos, I was all in! I absolutely love when seniors put in time and energy to planning out their session so that it completely expresses their personality and interests. It was a cool, gorgeous day in Houston and the weather could not have been more perfect!

I met Gaby at her house near Cypress, Texas. As I drove up, I knew this was going to be an amazing session because there were so many trees and the sun was glimmering just the right amount of light! Gaby and I discussed the order of her outfits and decided to end the session with some colorful painting fun. She was totally up for painting her hands and adding a few spots to her face!!! And, WOW! I am so happy with the results!

Talented Singer, Dancer and Artist

Gaby is a senior who homeschools and takes classes at Lone Star College. She is currently visiting colleges and wants to major in management with a minor in either criminal justice or theatre! She is a talented singer, actor and dancer and has been in theatre for years. Gaby has been an intern, stage manager and assistant director at Spark Theater as well as doing tech for junior  productions. She loves her work as a party princess and thrives when she is able to organize worship for her youth group at her church. Gaby also serves in Sunday school and VBS! She has been a junior camp counselor, volunteered in the Third Ward and other areas in Houston.

Garage Wall Becomes a Studio

Gaby brings so much vibrant energy to the RGP Rep Team! She is filled with energy, curiosity and creativity and describes herself as quirky and fun.  She loves having deep and meaningful conversations with her friends, and studying the Enneagram.  Gaby painted her denim overalls and her Converse tennis shoes for this shoot. Plus, just look at the canvas she has been painting. So talented! It was so cool to see her younger sister splat paint on her face at the end of this shoot so we could capture these photos. And while they might look like they were taken in a studio, they were not. We actually moved their cars and used the white wall in their garage for the paint set up.

Congratulations, Gaby, on your senior year! I am so proud of everything you have accomplished and so honored you are a Reed Gallagher Photography Class of 2022 Spokesmodel! I can’t wait for more  of our fun group sessions together.
