Houston Baptist University Senior Photography

This unique Houston Baptist University senior photography session was a blast for my associate team! When Christina reached out about her senior session, we were so excited. The was the first time our team has explored the gorgeous campus at Houston Baptist University. The beautiful fountain, manicured lawn and quaint bridge were the perfect backdrops for Christina’s senior portraits.  She had a clear vision for her session and came well prepared with meaningful props that reflected on her four years at HBU. She even brought her stethoscope!

Houston Baptist University Nursing Graduate

Christina completed the nursing program at HBU but has also worked in the food, retail, and entertainment industries at BJ’s Brewhouse, Dillards, Krogers and movie theaters. Her calling though is definitely nursing. She absolutely loved her hospital clinicals and taking care of patients. She brought her most significant nursing textbooks to the session. Just look at that stack of books. That is a lot of hours spent studying no doubt. Her stethoscope and scrubs, her red power suit and her cap and gown–she nailed every single outfit!

Christina also played soccer played through her first two years at HBU and was a member of the National Student Nurses Association. When she wasn’t studying, playing on the field, or taking care of patients, you would find her writing or drawing. She loves to read and is a huge fan of science and medical documentaries. Traveling is a favorite pastime and she truly enjoys quality time with her friends.

Truly, Christina is the sweetest and most kind person. When she reached out to schedule, she shared that this would be the first time she had ever had professional photos taken. She said she was nervous but trusted my team’s artistic ability to guide her in posing and make her feel comfortable. But let me tell you, she is NOT awkward in front of the camera like she claims. She is gorgeous! Just look at these pictures!!
