I’m a photographer based in Houston, TX that specializes in sophisticated wedding and high school senior photography.
As a senior photographer downtown Houston is one of my favorite locations. The Sabine Bridge offers beautiful view of the Houston skyline. Plus, there are hidden gems for the perfect senior shoot scattered all around the Buffalo Bayou area. When Grace reached out about her senior session and said she wanted a more editorial styled shoot, I knew this would be just the right place!
Grace is a Class of 2021 senior at Klein High School. It is no surprise with her outgoing and bubbly personality that she is active in a multitude of organizations at her school. She is the Vice President of B.E.S.T., a special needs organization. She is also President of the Guitar Club. She is involved in theater, Standleading and the Business club. To top it all off, she is a member of The National Honor Society.
Grace totally nailed her outfits! She was a complete natural in front of the camera. Her black pants and off the shoulder white blouse gave her model status! Fun fact: a passerby stopped and asked me where I found my model to photograph!! Grace brought a hat, and if you know me, you know that I love when seniors bring hats to a session! There are so many amazing poses you can do with a hat! Grace added a beautiful, chic black dress for her second outfit. We finished with a TCU shirt and her letter jacket.
Grace loves to sing and has a beautiful voice. She sings at her church as often as she can. Her claim to fame is singing on Sunny 99.1 when she was just ten years old. She is a firm believer in volunteering in organizations that are close to her heart and giving back to the community. She is on the board at Star of Hope and volunteers with Unicep.
Grace will be attending Texas Christian University in the fall and I am so excited for her! If you have been following my journey, you might recall that TCU was my dream school but I revoked my admission so I could stay in Houston to continue on as a senior photographer in downtown Houston. You bet I showed up to this session in my TCU shirt though to support Grace! Go Frogs! We captured some fun shots of she and her sweet mom too!
Grace you are going to soar at TCU! The entire team at Reed Gallagher Photography wishes you the best of luck as you graduate high school. I look forward to following your journey!
