I’m a photographer based in Houston, TX that specializes in sophisticated wedding and high school senior photography.
Houston Photography Senior Session—that is my jam! I absolutely love senior sessions. I love listening to each senior’s story. They all have one! Having been a high school senior not too long ago, I can totally relate to their experiences. Especially during this Covid-19 season where so much has been lost. My hope during a senior session is to spread a bit of joy and to capture each senior’s unique style!
Alison is one of the 2021 RGP Senior Spokesmodels and she is a gem! She wanted her session to take place throughout the downtown Houston area. We explored Sabine Street Bridge and Eleanor Tinsley park and had the best weather!
Alison is easy going and so genuine which makes for the best session. You can see these personality traits reflected in all of her photographs. Alison is a senior at Glenda Dawson High School in Pearland. She is in the DHS band where she plays the clarinet. Her musical talent doesn’t end there. She also plays the piano. Alison is a member of the National English Honor Society and the National Spanish Honor Society. Outside of school, Alison is a member of the LifeTeen youth group at St. Helen’s Catholic Church.
Alison is a fan of pastel and bright colors and all things floral! White and yellow daisies are her favorite. Favorites spots to shop include Altar’d State, Hollister, Pacsun and Francesca’s. For her session, Alision went for the cute, casual look during her session with three different outfits. Starting with a bright, floral sundress, we roamed some favorite spots on Sabine Bridge in front of the Houston skyline. Alison was able to have some fun in her white and floral blouse paired with jeans. She also brought her letter jacket so you bet we got some great shots of that too. We ended her session at Buffalo Bayou Park where she wore a black and white plaid sweater with jeans. I always recommend three different looks to add variety and dimension to your Reed Gallagher Photography senior session.
When Alison isn’t volunteering, playing clarinet or piano, you will find her playing with her Goldendoodle, Gracie. Hanging out with family and friends is also high on her priority list. Alison loves to travel. She has been to Greece twice to explore her Greek heritage.
Alison, you have been such a dream to have on the 2021 Reed Gallagher Photography Spokesmodel team! Thank you for letting me be a part of your senior year. Congratulations on your senior year. The entire RGP team wishes you the best of luck as you head off to study business at Southwestern University in the fall.
