Engagement Session in Houston | Tayler and Dawson

It was a hot one for Tayler and Weaver’s engagement session in Houston! The temperature gage in my car read 101 degrees when I got out to enter the gorgeous Houston park to meet this sweet couple.

 

DESPITE THE HEAT, THEY NAILED THEIR SESSION!

 

Tayler and Dawson met five years ago on Instagram. They started Snapchatting but Tayler initially put Dawson in the friend zone. After time had passed, she realized Dawson was her very best friend. She knew she wanted to marry him.

 

DAWSON, BEING THE ROMANTIC KIND, HAD A PROPOSAL IN STORE FOR TAYLER.

 

When she least expected it, he surprised her with a bubble bath, chocolates and so many gorgeous roses. Dawson proposed and Tayler said YES!

Their outdoor engagement session in Houston did not disappoint. Tayler wore two different long, flowing dresses. The colors were just perfect! She looked absolutely stunning! Even though we were all dripping in sweat, Dawson never once complained. His eyes sparkled every time he looked at Tayler.

 

THEN I HEAD THE WORDS THAT WERE MUSIC TO MY EARS

 

Tayler said, “Hey Reed, can we check out the rocks down below and get in the water?” You bet we can! Even Dawson was on board with this adventurous idea. It was totally worth it too. The setting completely captured their fun and loving personalities.  After the session, Tayler and Dawson had a fun date night at Trulucks to celebrate Dawson’s birthday.

Tayler and Dawson are so excited about their 2021 wedding at Pine Lake Ranch. Tayler said she cannot wait to marry her best friend. Dawson builds houses and is in school studying to become a registered nurse. Tayler loves being at home taking care of their three precious dogs:  Sasha, Tucker and Stella. They love to travel and go on road trips and stop at Buc-ee’s!

 

AND JUST LIKE ME, IT IS QUESO OVER GUAC!
