Intimate Wedding Pine Lake Ranch

An intimate wedding at Pine Lake Ranch was everything Tayler and Dawson dreamed of on their wedding day! Tayler and Dawson met over Instagram five years ago. Tayler originally put Dawson in the “friend zone” then quickly realized, he was her best friend and confidante…the man of her dreams. When January 29, 2021 finally arrived, Tayler and Dawson were so ready to become husband and wife.

Tayler envisioned a classy, yet rustic wedding. Pine Lake Ranch was the perfect setting. Nestled away in Montgomery, Texas, away from all the hustle and bustle of big city life, sits the most breathtaking and majestic live oak tree. Tayler knew she wanted to exchange vows with Dawson under that tree!

Getting Ready

With her family and best friends by her side, Tayler had the most lovely day getting ready. Tayler shared with me, ” I had already cried so many days before the wedding, I had no more tears left. All I felt was happiness. I was the most excited to exchange vows with Dawson on the pier.”  You could feel the peace and calmness as Tayler put on her beautiful lace wedding gown. The all white bouquet was just what she wanted: simple but elegant. Dawson was so excited to see his bride. He was decked out in a light tan suit with a sage green tie.

 

 

The Bridal Party

 Tayler and Dawson had such a joyful bridal party. Laughter filled the air as I captured these moments of the bridesmaids and the groomsmen before the ceremony. Tayler wanted the first time Dawson saw her in her wedding gown to be when she walked down the aisle, so we kept the guys and girls separated until the ceremony began.

The Ceremony Details

Tayler and Dawson added their own unique touch to the ceremony space at Pine Lake Ranch. A beautiful crossed was adorned with the gorgeous florals, simple yet so elegant, just as Tayler wanted. Tayler selected a special seat in the front row and put a frame holding a photo of she and her father. She knew that he would watching down from heaven on her wedding day.

 

Here Comes the Bride

The moment Tayler had been waiting for her entire life had finally arrived. She was radiant as she walked down the aisle to finally marry Dawson. The cutest ring bearer and flower girl had their special moment too! After they said, “I do”, I whisked the bridal party away for a few moments to celebrate Tayler and Dawson’s union and get portraits of everyone together.

 

 

Newlywed Portraits

Some of my favorite moments at a wedding are during the newlywed portraits. Just after the ceremony and after bridal party photos, I love to allow the couple some time alone to take in every moment! It finally hits them that they are husband and wife. The chandelier under the immaculate live oak tree made for the most romantic portraits! The grounds at Pine Lake Ranch are vast so we had some time to explore other areas like the pier where the newlyweds could sneak in a few kisses!

 

Intimate Wedding Reception

Decked out in white and gold, the reception space at Pine Lake Ranch shimmered!  There were so many amazing moments, Tayler said she couldn’t just choose one as her favorite. Dinner, toasts and dancing under the twinkle lights was the perfect way to celebrate this couple’s love for each other. Tayler and Dawson had a sparkler exit and were so ready to begin their new life together.
