Senior Reps Christmas Photoshoot

The Reed Gallagher Photography Class of 2023 Senior Reps Christmas photoshoot was the best way to end 2022! Held at my families home in Houston, Texas, our team gathered together for some fun to celebrate the holiday season. Each year my team votes on an end of the year shoot. Last year, the team choose a sparkly New Years Eve theme. This year it was a unanimous decision to have a Christmas themed shoot. As I was searching indoor studios to rent, it hit me that my parents house offered exactly what I was looking for: a beautifully decorated Christmas tree, a stunning fireplace mantle and an outdoor white wall. While I was originally so studio focused, I finally realized that what I had actually envisioned was right under my nose!

Christmas Theme With The RGP Senior Rep Team

Organizing this shoot was super fun! I knew that I wanted at least three backgrounds to add variety to the gallery each senior rep would receive. My team developed three different stations so to speak: the fireplace mantle, the Christmas tree and an outdoor set up. The gray fireplace mantle was gorgeous! The greenery intertwined with ornate silver and dusty blue ornaments was so well designed and perfect for my light and airy style. A nine foot Christmas tree filled with silver, blue and rose gold decorations was a true work of art. Outdoors we took advantage of the white stucco walls and set up three smaller Christmas trees with a tad of white flocking. It was the exact feel I was going for. Who knew I could create that with items found in my parents home. What a treasure!

Educate Your Senior Reps

Knowing the setups, I sent the RGP Senior Reps a mood board with the color palette and outfit inspiration. As they always do, they knocked it out of the park! We posed the group together in front of the fireplace and the tree, then began individual shots and some best friend photographs.  Always a plus to apply for a rep team with your bestie by your side! Because you can never have too many photos with your bestie, right :). By providing styling resources for my rep team, our group shoots turn out fabulous every single time.
