I’m a photographer based in Houston, TX that specializes in sophisticated wedding and high school senior photography.
As a senior photographer, Houston Arboretum is one of my favorite go to spots. With it’s plush, green fields, sidewalks and bridges, it lends itself to a beautiful nature vibe for senior portraits. There are hidden gems tucked away throughout the park. When Kiersten selected this as her location, I was absolutely thrilled. I knew that her personality was going to shine here!
Kiersten is a Reed Gallagher Photography Class of 2021 Spokesmodels. She has been a total blast to have on the team! While Kiersten will say she is an introvert until she gets to know someone, she fits right in with our team. Her smile is simply contagious! Even her teachers at school call her, Smiley! Her bubbly personality was a true shining light this year.
A senior at Lutheran South Academy, Kiersten plays volleyball and softball. She is a member of the National Honor Society and Student World Affairs Council. She works at a BAAD Marine Supply Co. where she create lures for fishing. Also, she volunteers at school and at church. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, sleeping, looking at the stars and hanging out with my friends.
When asked for some fun facts about herself, Kiersten told me the following:
“I am a blonde, white, Asian. My Dad is Taiwanese and my Mom was born in America. My favorite color is blue and I consider my teeth the best physical part about me. Lizards-I am very afraid of lizards. I love to make people laugh and smile. And, I always try to see the best in a situation and try to always have fun. To me that is what life is about.”
Kiersten, I am so grateful to have spent this past year getting to know you! Being around you is always a blast. You are a complete natural in front of the camera. Choosing my “favorite” photograph of you was never an easy task. There were soooo many fantastic ones! The entire team at Reed Gallagher Photography wishes you the very best as you head to Aggieland and pursue a business degree. Texas A&M University is lucky to have you. Congratulations, friend!
