Best Friend Mini Sessions | Briarbend Park | Houston, Texas

Doing life without your best friend by your side is never really fun, especially during quarantine! After the city of Houston opened back up, I knew it was time to offer a special treat: best friend mini sessions. People were ready to get out of the house and what better way to spend time with your besties than having a photo session. The RGP team was so excited to head to Briarbend Park and capture some special memories for some special people. While Covid was still the enemy, our team practiced social distancing and took the necessary precautions, but the weather proved not to be on our side. After a day of clouds and rain, we rescheduled and the picture perfect day was here on our session day. Thank you, Houston for the sunshine and low humidity, and a little relief from the heat!

First up was an adorable group of Class of 2020 seniors from Kingwood High School. They have been friends for several years and were so thrilled to finally get some photos together since their senior year was cut short. The session was filled with smiles and laughter and even some TikTok fun! Each girl had their opportunity for some individual photos as well. They ended their session with a photo showing off their colleges: Texas A&M University and Baylor University. We wish them all the best of luck as they move forward in their college journey.

Our second session was just the sweetest! Asiah organized this session as a birthday gift for her very best friend: her mom! You could just tell the love and friendship they share with each other is so genuine. And can we talk about Asiah’s cute purse! It complimented her outfit perfectly! It was such a pleasure to capture these sweet moments for them.
